We take annual maintenance for computer systems, networking & peripherals. There are two options, comprehensive & Non-comprehensive.

Comprehensive maintenance covers components of computer system and service for one year. Four preventive maintenance services are provided during the year. In case of failure of any component, immediate replacement is provided. The complaints are attended within 24 hours.

Non-comprehensive maintenance covers only services (components not included) for one year. Four, preventive maintenance services are provided during the year. In case of failure of any component replacement is given on availability. The complaints are attended within 24 hours.

On-call services are also provided to clients without any maintenance contracts; per visit charges applicable. No component replacements are provided.
